Legal Notices

All notices from Attic Breeze to You may be posted on our website and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting.  Notices from You to Attic Breeze shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our website, or first class mail to our address at: 4582 Kingwood Drive Suite E-154 Kingwood, TX 77345.  Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Attic Breeze five (5) business days after the date sent.

Shipping & Delivery

Attic Breeze uses FedEx as our preferred shipping carrier.  Ownership of product is transferred from Attic Breeze to You when the product is shipped.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to You when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  All merchandise shipped via FedEx is insured for the full purchase amount at the time of shipping.

Sales Tax

Attic Breeze charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable Texas state sales tax rate (6.25%) for all in-state orders.  Orders shipped to locations outside of Texas are not charged sales tax by Attic Breeze.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Pay-Pal.  Attic Breeze reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to You.  If You are not satisfied with your purchase, You may return the purchased product to Attic Breeze within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase for a refund (LESS 15% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE).  ATTIC BREEZE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED, DAMAGED, OR OTHERWISE RETURNED UNUSABLE FOR RESALE.  DETERMINATION OF RETURNED EQUIPMENT'S USE FOR RESALE IS AT THE FULL DISCRETION OF ATTIC BREEZE.  Products received for return which are determined to be unusable for resale will be returned to You at your expense.  All product returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which can be obtained from Attic Breeze prior to returning the product.  Product returns/exchanges received by Attic Breeze without a RAN will be rejected.  ATTIC BREEZE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS RETURN POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange merchandise purchased from this website within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase.  Merchandise received  for exchange by Attic Breeze will be inspected upon return.  ATTIC BREEZE WILL NOT ISSUE EXCHANGES FOR EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED, DAMAGED, OR OTHERWISE RETURNED UNUSABLE FOR RESALE.  DETERMINATION OF RETURNED EQUIPMENT'S USE FOR RESALE IS AT THE FULL DISCRETION OF ATTIC BREEZE.  Products received for exchange which are determined to be unusable for resale will be returned to You at your expense.  All product returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which can be obtained from Attic Breeze prior to returning the product.  Product returns/exchanges received by Attic Breeze without a RAN will be rejected.  Applicable shipping fees will be charged to You for all product exchanges.  ATTIC BREEZE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS EXCHANGE POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

Product Warranty

Attic Breeze warrants the replacement of any and all Products and Product Parts offered on this website which were purchased for residential use under the following terms:

• Duration of this warranty shall be unlimited (LIFETIME) for as long as the registered purchaser retains ownership of purchased Product(s).

• Warranty must be activated within ninety (90) days of purchase by customer.  Purchaser may activate warranty by registering purchase with Attic Breeze.  Attic Breeze reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim made on an unregistered Product purchase.

• Lifetime Product warranty may not be transferred with the transfer of ownership of any registered Product.

• Upon claim of non-conformance of Product, Attic Breeze reserves the right to inspect non-conforming Product or Product parts.  Repair or replacement of any Product or Product parts will be at the full discretion of Attic Breeze.

• The warranty terms and conditions detailed above do not cover misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, exposure to extreme weather conditions, lightning strikes, physical damage to Product, or damaged caused by transportation or installation of Product.

• Attic Breeze explicitly does not warrant any labor, shipping, or service fees incurred by purchaser for the replacement, repair, or exchange of any Product or Product Parts claimed under the above warranty terms and conditions.

ATTIC BREEZE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY ITS WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT  PRIOR NOTICE.
